These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, courses, learning materials, assessments, student support, and other services provided by BRACNova (“BRACNova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing bracnovabd.com, registering for a course, making a payment, or using any BRACNova service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. About BRACNova
BRACNova provides admission-preparation courses, live classes, model tests, study materials, academic guidance, and related educational services.
BRACNova is an independent admission coaching platform. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or officially connected to BRAC University or any other educational institution unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
To register for a BRACNova course, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.
If you are under 18 years of age, you should register and use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel a registration if the information provided is false, incomplete, misleading, or cannot be verified.
3. Course Registration
A course registration is considered confirmed only when:
- The required registration information has been submitted;
- The applicable course fee has been paid successfully; and
- BRACNova has verified the payment and issued confirmation.
Registration and course access are personal to the registered student. They may not be transferred, resold, or shared with another person without our prior written approval.
Course availability may be subject to enrolment capacity, eligibility requirements, and registration deadlines.
4. Course Fees and Payment
All course fees must be paid through a payment method approved by BRACNova. The student is responsible for any transaction fee charged by a bank, mobile financial service, payment gateway, or other payment provider.
Students must retain their payment receipt, transaction identification number, or other payment evidence until registration has been confirmed.
BRACNova may revise its course fees, discounts, promotional offers, and payment methods at any time. Changes will not normally affect a registration that has already been confirmed and fully paid.
Any discount or promotional offer:
- Is valid only during the stated period;
- Cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Cannot be combined with another offer unless expressly permitted; and
- May be modified or withdrawn before registration is confirmed.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility will be determined according to the refund terms displayed or communicated at the time of registration.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
- Registration and administrative charges are non-refundable;
- Failure to attend a class does not automatically entitle a student to a refund;
- No refund will be provided after substantial course content or learning materials have been accessed;
- No refund will be available if access is terminated due to misconduct, unauthorised sharing, or a material breach of these Terms; and
- Approved refunds may be subject to payment-provider charges and reasonable administrative deductions.
A refund request must be submitted to support@bracnovabd.com and include the student’s name, registered phone number, course name, payment details, transaction reference, and reason for requesting the refund.
If BRACNova cancels an entire course and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, affected students may be offered a rescheduled course, transfer to another suitable course, account credit, or an applicable refund.
6. Class Schedule and Course Changes
Course dates, class times, instructors, topics, materials, and delivery methods may be changed when reasonably necessary.
Changes may occur due to instructor availability, technical issues, public holidays, emergencies, academic requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
BRACNova will make reasonable efforts to notify students of material changes through the website, email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, or an official course group.
A postponed or cancelled class may be rescheduled, replaced with an equivalent session, or provided as a recorded lesson where appropriate.
7. Online Learning Requirements
Students participating in online classes are responsible for arranging:
- A reliable internet connection;
- A compatible computer, tablet, or smartphone;
- Any required software or application;
- A functioning microphone or camera where participation requires it; and
- A suitable learning environment.
BRACNova will take reasonable measures to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, connectivity issues, third-party platform failures, or other technical circumstances.
8. Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, join on time, complete assigned work, and participate appropriately.
BRACNova is not responsible for learning gaps, missed assessments, or unsatisfactory academic progress resulting from absence, late attendance, incomplete assignments, or failure to follow academic instructions.
Any opportunity to attend a replacement class or access a recording is subject to availability and is not guaranteed unless included in the relevant course package.
9. Class Recordings
BRACNova may record certain classes for educational delivery, quality assurance, instructor training, security, or student-support purposes.
By participating in a recorded class, you acknowledge that your name, profile image, voice, video, messages, or participation may appear in the recording.
Where a recording is provided:
- Access is limited to authorised students;
- Availability may be limited to a specified period;
- The recording may not be copied, downloaded, screen-recorded, published, sold, or shared without written permission; and
- BRACNova may withdraw access when the course or access period ends.
Students who have privacy concerns regarding recordings should contact BRACNova before joining the relevant session.
10. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property

Students must not:
- Impersonate another student;
- Allow another person to complete an assessment on their behalf;
- Share restricted questions or answers;

BRACNova may cancel an assessment result, restrict access, or terminate enrolment where academic misconduct is reasonably suspected or established.
12. Student Conduct
Students must communicate respectfully with instructors, employees, and other students.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, threats, bullying, discrimination, or abusive language;
- Distribution of unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content;

BRACNova may issue a warning, remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, remove a student from a group, or terminate enrolment depending on the seriousness of the conduct.
13. Account Security
Students are responsible for protecting their login credentials, access codes, class links, and registered devices.
You must notify BRACNova promptly if you suspect that your account or course access has been used without authorisation.
BRACNova may temporarily restrict an account to investigate suspected credential sharing, misuse, fraud, or a security threat.
14. Educational Disclaimer
BRACNova provides academic preparation, learning resources, guidance, and support. We do not guarantee:
- Admission to any university or programme;
- Any specific examination score, merit position, or academic result;
- A scholarship or financial award; or

A student’s performance depends on multiple factors, including prior preparation, attendance, effort, practice, examination conditions, and the independent policies and decisions of the relevant institution.
Universities and examination authorities may change their admission requirements, syllabus, schedules, question patterns, or selection procedures. BRACNova will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate course content but cannot guarantee that external information will remain unchanged.
15. Third-Party Services
BRACNova may use third-party services for payment processing, video conferencing, messaging, analytics, hosting, or other operational purposes.
Your use of a third-party service may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. BRACNova is not responsible for the independent content, availability, security, policies, or actions of a third-party provider.

16. Privacy and Communications
Personal information collected through registration or course participation may be used for:
- Identity and payment verification;
- Course administration and delivery;
- Student communication and support;
- Assessment and progress management;
- Service improvement;

- Compliance with legal obligations.
By registering, you agree to receive necessary service-related communications through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, the website, or an official course group.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BRACNova will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from:
- Internet, electricity, device, software, or network failure;
- Interruption or failure of a third-party service;
- A student’s absence or failure to complete course activities;
- Unauthorised disclosure of credentials by the student;
- Changes made by a university or examination authority; or
- Events beyond BRACNova’s reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, BRACNova’s liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Suspension and Termination
BRACNova may suspend or terminate a student’s access where the student:
- Fails to make an agreed payment;
- Violates these Terms;
- Misuses course materials or systems;
- Engages in misconduct or academic dishonesty;
- Shares access with another person;

- Creates a legal, security, or operational risk.
Upon termination, the student must immediately stop using all restricted course materials and services. Termination resulting from a breach may affect refund eligibility.
19. Force Majeure
BRACNova will not be responsible for a delay, interruption, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, government restrictions, political unrest, internet or electricity disruption, epidemics, technical infrastructure failure, or the unavailability of essential third-party services.
Where practical, BRACNova may reschedule, modify, or temporarily suspend the affected service.
20. Amendments to These Terms
BRACNova may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its services, policies, technology, or legal obligations.
The latest version will be published on bracnovabd.com with the revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through an appropriate channel.
Your continued use of BRACNova services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
23. No Waiver
A failure or delay by BRACNova in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any related right.
